Care Beyond Barriers, a global podcast on the future of clinical AI.

Hosted by Christina Farr · with Dr Tom Kelly, Dr Hannah Allen, Dr Simon Kos

One of the hottest AI-health brands in Australian tech needed a sustained global voice as the category around it formed. I developed the concept, pulled together the strategy, then brought the internal team and external agency together to build a podcast that operates at the altitude of the category claim, not below it.

The episodes tackle the uncomfortable questions around AI accuracy, regulation, autonomous prescribing, and the future identity of the clinician, the conversations that needed to happen in public if AI-health was going to earn its category.

Outcome: a sustained editorial platform that scales with Heidi's commercial expansion. Live across YouTube, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and major distribution.

The Harrison.ai podcast, clinical AI at the edge of medical practice.

Harrison.ai, exploring clinical AI at the edge of medical practice. Harrison.ai is a global healthcare AI company developing AI solutions that support clinicians and improve patient care.

While at Harrison.ai I worked alongside the founders to build a sustained editorial voice for the company as it scaled across multiple geographies and capital events. The podcast worked as part of the category architecture, a place where the clinical AI conversation could happen at the depth the product demanded.

The episodes covered AI in radiology, pathology, IVF and global healthcare scaling, the strategic context most healthcare AI marketing skips.

Outcome: an editorial channel that supported $300M+ in capital raised and category leadership across ANZ, UK, EMEA, US and Asia.

The Kyle & Jackie O Show · Launch leader · 2013–2015

The on-demand show, the largest radio show in Australia, on every podcast platform.

Australia's #1 commercial breakfast radio show, in video form

When I led the relocation of The Kyle & Jackie O Show to KIIS in 2014, the operating model included the show's full transition to a sustained on-demand video and podcast presence, at a moment when most Australian radio shows treated digital distribution as an afterthought.

Building the show's distribution architecture across video platforms was part of what turned it into a daily ritual for the audience, not just a morning radio segment.

Outcome: cumulative audience of 818,000 across radio, podcast and video; the largest commercial breakfast show audience in Australia.

Podcasts are part of how brands earn category authority in the AI era. The advisor project usually starts with the question: what would your audience need to hear from you over the next 12 months for the category to belong to you? The answer is rarely a podcast, but when it is, the work to build it well is real.
